   I took my favourite pleated skirt in for dry cleaning at Heald Green Dry Cleaners. It had knife edge pleats when I took it in. When I collected the skirt, it had no pleats at all! The skirt is ruined. I will never use Heald Green dry Cleaners again.

   I was very upset and disappointed when my husband’s suit came back with permanent creases in the fabric having been dry cleaned here. It has been dry cleaned before and not looked like this. I went in and a member of staff said this was the nature of the fabric and just what happens when it’s dry cleaned. Not true; it’s been dry cleaned before and this has not happened. Very poor, will not be using again and warning others against such a bad service

   Really impressed with Heald Green Dry Cleaners! Super fast service, everything comes back perfectly clean, and the prices are very fair. It’s definitely cheaper than the dry cleaners I used in Manchester city centre, and the quality here is even better. So convenient for us locals in Heald Green – highly recommend!

   I had my curtains dry cleaned here. Fast and perfect and personal service. The curtains look brand new and I must admit they were in horrible state when I brought them in. I had no hope they will look perfect again but they do. My dog will no doubt take care of messing them up again. I will definitely return to this dry cleaners and I will recommend them to all my friends.

   Dropped off 2 bags of laundry. Was told would be ready the next day. It wasn't. Was told I'd drop it off at your hotel. It wasn't. Washing was wrinkled and still wet. 2 days for a really poor service. Think on people. UPDATE Dry cleaners then posted a response (below) in Sept from an incident in June that was both untimely and passive aggressive... just like their service. Ps I still can't get all the wrinkles out of one of my wife's blouses and I never received a call or had an offer for a refund or wash again.
