   Paid to have three rooms cleaned. Left my carpet soaking wet, I had to use my vax carpet cleaner to dry the carpet myself, as I have a10 months baby that crawls, and found her all wet after being crawling in the living room. Sent message asking if that was normal, only to be ignored. I have now a sore throat thanks for walking in a wet carpet, as we don't wear shoes inside the house and between the time I figured out my socks were wet, changing it and grabbing my sleepers, the damage was done. Also, supposed to leave a good smell that would last... Wrong! 5 minutes after he was gone, my friend came in and she only noticed carpets were cleaned because she got her feet wet as well. We could not even smell the detergent. To be honest, my carpet is dark grey so can't really tell about the cleaning quality. One thing I know: was left with soaking wet carpets and no nice smell in the house. Will not use again and do not recommend.

   Do not use this company, they will take your money do a terrible job and then ignore you. They are using the Enviro clean name but have no connection to the original company, please dont fall for them and seek out a professional.

   Please don't use this company they will take your money, do a terrible job and then totally ignore you. They came and cleaned my sofa, and after 24 hours you could see black brush marks starting to appear all over, i tried to contact them to ask for advice and a solution and have been totally ignored. I have called, emailed, telephoned and used messenger and they have refused to acknowledge me in anyway.

   I had my carpets cleaned by this company and they didn't clean to well and despite contacting them they have not offered to re-clean them. I have also asked for a receipt on a number of occasions and they just keep ignoring me. I wouldn't use them.

   My wife booked this company two weeks ago to clean our two sofas today. She took the day off work and Enviro clean cancelled 40 minutes before their scheduled arrival time. In their terms and conditions they were prepared to charge me £50 if I cancelled less than 24 hrs before the appointment, however they seem to think it is acceptable for them to cancel 40 minutes before, with very little apology. I have awarded 1 star beach use zero stars was not an option. Would not recommend.
