   Don’t do it, unless you have somewhere in mind to complete your studies. I can’t even begin with the amount of issues and any staff that had got their job done seems to have moved to greener pastures. No timetable, no answer, to emails, calls, requests. I started a complaint in June and it’s still hasn’t reached its stage 3 outcome. Meanwhile I’m at another uni, and the difference is night and day.

   This university is appalling, the student support is non existent. They promise to follow up but it’s you that has to do the chasing. During my studies I’ve had about 8 issues mainly to do with enrolling me into courses during a leave of absence which meant my grades got capped and then issues to do with timetables. If you need to know your study schedule, don’t expect it to happen. You’ll find out by emailing yourself when it’s too late to make necessary work adjustments to attend your in person classes. There has been a lack of communication at this university for so long. Back in 2019 and 2020 they were fantastic but since returning in 2022 it’s been shocking. I would have left but with only two months left on my course it wasn’t viable. If you value communication and support this university will disappoint you at any opportunity.

   This university has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to resolve issues with my timetable for months, even though my course has already started. However, each time I contact them, they provide an excuse rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes. Additionally, I have attempted to reach them by phone multiple times over the past few weeks, but with no success. Each call results in waiting for an hour before being disconnected. On the rare occasion that I do manage to speak with someone, they appear to have no knowledge of how to resolve the issue. Every time, I am assured that someone will call me back, but that never happens. It is unacceptable that I have to call every day to fix something that is not my responsibility, especially when there are staff members who are supposed to handle these matters. This situation reflects poorly on the competence of the university’s administration. I strongly advise against studying at this institution. If you encounter even the slightest issue, there is virtually no chance of having it resolved because no one seems to know what they are doing. I will be filing a formal complaint in the hope that it prompts them to take student concerns more seriously.

   Arden have taken it up upon themselves to confirm my attendance to student finance even though I am not a student at their university and never have been, when I’ve tried to contact them about this matter they’ve been very unprofessional and haven’t responded to emails, what they are doing is a crime
