Overall, the Digbeth campus is a decent place to study. The location is great for the creative vibe and the facilities for media and computing are generally good. However, the management of the common areas needs improvement, specifically the multi-faith room. It is often disorganized, and I’ve noticed that many people are actually praying in the wrong way or facing the wrong direction because there is no clear guidance or signage. It would be really helpful if the college could put up proper signs (like a Qibla indicator) or guidelines to ensure the space is being used correctly and respectfully by everyone.

The customer service at this college is extremely frustrating, and the staff clearly lack even the most basic skills required for their job – especially the reception staff. To get anything done, you are forced to come back three or four times, which is completely unacceptable

The two women who thought it was hilarious to intentionally drive dangerously around Beckett's Farm carpark (27/3, approx. 11.30am) should have remembered that they were in a branded car and representing the college! Disgusting - especially during the school holidays with lots of young children around.

Longbridge, GCSE Science - Place of total chaos (students are moving continuously during the classes, leaving and coming with food and drinks, talking, laughing loudly when the teachers are teaching, harassing and bullying the teachers, no registers are taken because the students are coming after half or even one hour in the classes), also discrimination on the basis of the teachers' accent. Students who do not belong the groups are coming in the classes and making a mess, talking stupidities. The guy who is responsible for the discipline has his own daughter who is walking around entering any classes she likes, opening the doors during the teaching and screaming, staying in front of the doors windows and making weird signs, helping the chaos to become more chaos. The managers are using the lies of the students who refuse to go to the classes against the teachers they pick up. I would give negative stars to this place if this existed.

For half of the year, you are trying to find a Science teacher. When you get one, your ''amazing'' students, with no knowledge and badly behaved are complaining about everything and anyway, they decide the teacher is not good for them (accent, teaching method). Did you think that maybe the weakest students who are creating this %^&*^t are not interested in having a teacher and to reach the exams with the excuse of not being taught the whole academic year? And then just to get their exams and pass to the next level? This is how they get the certificates with 0 knowledge, actually. And they are the next scientist of the country LOL a very sad joke.

Very disorganised, unhelpful and I found the teaching assistant tutor patronising. She found it so hard to believe I have my Maths and English GCSE's prior to enrolling. Anyway, I decided to go with a different college to pursue higher education who were much more understanding and did not treat me like a Dumbo.

So stupid college for a student who has no idea about college life and course, I applied for AAT, and as I was talking to the teacher whatever she was, she made me feel loser, cos my GCSE was a bit lower, she even said I should do level 1 which made me feel unhappy. And I went home disappointed in myself and felt like a loser. She didn't even give me other options to do other Courses similar to AAT. Anyways I went to Longbridge south and city. They helped me a lot and had a chat about another course. And now I'm doing Btec business in Longbridge. Great college. Better to come to Longbridge than that terrible colly.
