Request for Customer Toilet Facilities at Lidl Pinner Dear Lidl Customer Service Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding the Lidl store in Pinner. I have noticed that the store does not offer toilet facilities for customers. As many shoppers, including families with children, elderly customers, and individuals with medical conditions, may need access to restrooms during their visit, having customer toilet facilities available would greatly improve the shopping experience and convenience for everyone. I kindly request that Lidl consider providing accessible customer toilets at the Pinner location, or at least explore possible solutions to support customers who may require them. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I appreciate Lidl’s commitment to customer service and hope this improvement can be taken into account. Kind regards, Carmen

If using self checkout you must take your receipt or you can't get it out of the shop! I, none driver, thought it was for the car park. Thanks I am not a thief.

Regarding self service at the Pinner store. This particular store was excellent in the past and catered for everything I needed. Although it still is great with regard to it's products, the self service is not quite up to it in my opinion. I'm certainly not against self service, in fact my local Aldi in Eastcote has gone over to it completely and it's much quicker. There is always at least one member of staff on hand to help if there is a problem. I found that at the Pinner store inputting my items on the screen at the was not as easy as it should have been, whereby the machine didn't always register what I'd submitted and there wasn't a member of staff to ask for help. When it came to leave the store my receipt was required to exit and as this was right at the bottom of my shopping bag it became another hassle to retrieve it under all the shopping before I could get out. I've used this store a few times since the inception of self service and I'm not happy with it. A member of staff on hand would at least be helpful.

Very poor shopping experience, one of the two lifts to the car park above the store is always out of action so you will have to use the stairs to walk down and then use the other lift to go up with your shopping and push your trolley up or down to the floor where you parked. This store has a high staff turnover, you will find new faces almost monthly, they are mostly rude and disinterested and if you ask them about location of something they shrug and say aisle 2 or 3 not caring that the item is not there. They fail to bring out the "Middle of Lidl" offers to the shelves. Twice I have gone on a Thursday to pick up an item only to find it was not there on the shelves. Asking the staff members just gets a sulky shrug and "I don't know, if its not on the shelf we don't have it). They don't even have the courtesy to go and check their storeroom in case the items are lying there. They never open up sufficient tills and you could spend up to 15 minutes in the queue waiting to pay for your groceries. Avoid this one and go to the Ruislip or Wealdstone branches instead.

We love shopping at Lidl but this branch is an exception. The staff is lacking in training and the manager has no basic interpersonal skills let alone customer service skills.

Lidl in Pinner is a small one but has almost everything we want, and we can walk there. If we want a large Lidl we go to South Ruislip or Harrow Weald. Their prices are better than other supermarkets and quality just as good.

I shop a Lidl often but they have gone down in my estimate after not giving me an exchange on a product exclusive to them ( weighted blanket ) . I misplaced receipt and item was still in packing . Very disappointing .

This is a large supermarket outlet, so you will probably get everything in your grocery shopping list here. The price is also great, most products are cheaper than any other supermarket. You have to be careful about the product quality, though, especially for the perishable items. I normally avoid purchasing vegetables and fruits from here now after some bad experiences. But I don't have much to complain about considering the price.

Being located on pinner high street I wasn't sure how big this would be but it turned out to be decent. Also there is ample of car parking space as it has been made at high level.
