   I have been shopping in this Lidl for a few years now . I must say the customer service is exceptional. There is one person who is always at the self service machines called ATIK . He has been there for years . He is extremely helpful , friendly and always happy to assist . If it was not for him . We would shop elsewhere. He is a credit to HAYES Lidl. I hope he gets recognition and a thank you for his work as he goes above and beyond to help the customers . Well done ATIK !!

   Very clean store, inside and outside. The staff are very helpful and kind, answered my questions with smile and patience. Affordable prices for very good products such as salads, dairy, fruit and vegetables, alcohol too. I am absolutely happy with the service and support that I have received. Thank you!

   Nothing wrong with the supermarket but please please watch your goods. In particular, watch where you store your iceberg lettuce because on a hot day they will start to wilt and disintegrate and also please keep an eye on parents with kids and kids in general because they will raid the freezers for ice cream, rip up boxes and take from the multi packs. I’ve seen it too many times in many branches. Sort it out!

   I opened this box of chocolates today and was seriously disappointed. One of the candies was completely damaged — melted, partially unwrapped, and leaking filling. This is completely irresponsible on the part of the manufacturer or seller. It feels like the box was either stored improperly or had been opened before I got it. This is not only unpleasant, but also potentially unsafe — you can’t tell if the product is spoiled or if it’s even safe to eat. I really hope the brand takes quality control more seriously, because getting a surprise like this for the price I paid is absolutely unacceptable. Think twice before buying.

   My local Lidl and have been coming here for years. Depending on the time of day it is usually very busy and shelves sometimes bare. There is also a lack of visible staff if you have a question or need help. My major issue with this store and Lidl in general is there's usually always only 1 till open, max 2 if you're lucky which makes waiting time long. 1/2 tills open when there are 6/7 available is madness, and nobody seems to use initiative and jump on when it's clearly busy with lines of people waiting to pay.

   Didn't shop was just parking . I very rarely shop here because there is not much that I would get . Cats food terrible so is dogs....Wel mine won't touch it. And kids don't like biscuits , cakes or cereals. So not much point

   I used to go in the evening when you hardly get any fresh veggies, half of the counter gets empty, so morning or afternoons are best to buy in Lidl. Everything is quite reasonable. Bakery has got lot of varieties.

   Good, convenient store with good parking. It gets busy but queuing isn't too bad. Usually customers are served quickly. Fruit and veg is good quality. Plenty of selections from the other departments as well. It can be a bit messy, but if you can look past the mess then you'll have a good place for a quick shopping trip.

   A huge upgrade from the other Lidl in Hayes. Ample varieties of all necessary stuffs. Bakery is good in assortments. Guess because it’s newly open that there’s not much employee around, the self service isle should’ve had more kiosk looking at the size of store. Parking is really good and the location also. Kudos for Lidl
