All the staffs are very helpful and they are very polite. Even though store is clean and tidy. Excellent coustomer service.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The staff members called Nigel was very rude to me I’m very regular customer of this shop but I noticed they are been very rude the manager was not helpful at all too.
It's good for when you need a store when others are closed. Otherwise very expensive.
Nice polite staff. I would say on occasions they are under staffed, but on the whole they are pleasant, polite and helpful. I witnessed one scenario where a customer was getting aggressive, due to another customer clearing out a product. The staff, although young, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Hats off to them.
I have been shopping here for more than 3 years. Staff are really helpful and it's not really crowded except for lunch. The only thing i don't like is that they keep changing item places. They have good discounts too.
whilst the staff are generally lovely the management leave a lot to be desired ... the way one manager spoke to a till operator recently was absolutely terrible and the cashier was a better person than me as he dealt with it in a very professional manner ... not really impressed to be honest also had problem with esso fuel card machine not working was told to come back and pay within 7 days , went in to pay 4 days later said they couldnt do it on the esso card had to be a credit card .... could only charge the esso card within 24 hrs of the transaction ? why give him a chit for payment within 7 days if he had to do it within 24 hrs ?? you tell me ... esso hayes too much stress
