   Often pass through on my way to/from work, however, I've had to walk in and straight out again now on a number of occasions where the fridge doors to the ready meal section have been left wide open, and sometimes propped open with a stool. This is highly unsafe for food storage, especially as when I've touched the food containing items such as chicken, it's room temperature.

   I've just returned from Kingswood Tesco Express and as always the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Today I was served by Aneesa. Meanwhile another member of staff was helping a delivery driver to park safely and smoothly while yet another staff member was stacking shelves. The staff work so well as a team and there is such a pleasant atmosphere in the shop even during busy times. The staff are patient even when some customers are fretful and stressed. It's such a blessing for customers to have extensive opening hours and a good range of stock. Recently another self service machine has been installed. It's also a real bonus having a Post Office within the store. Thank you to all the staff in Kingswood Tesco. You make your customers shopping experience a pleasant one.

   I always come in pretty much everyday as it’s nearby for me and Simone is always the one to help me if I need it and greet me and always behind serving everyone a lot of the time! She is always helpful and polite to me and enjoy when I’m going in there seeing her there.

   The person I mostly see in the store is Simone. She is a very friendly, helpful and efficient in all areas - Post Office and the store. A couple of the staff are a bit difficult to understand, but I have never had a problem. Simone is tops!! Thank you.

   Hello, just went to get the Tesco meal deal and I was buying a main fruit in a deal try to explain the staff that this comes in main come in main . it’s say there as well this is main. But the staff is not understanding even I tell them I buy every day twice a day what they just saying that I am wrong it just come with only sandwich when I told them it a main read there . none of them is understandable. I believe they need some educated people working in this Tesco and I don’t even know how to speak here with customer.

   Very rude staff..a staff member,i believe to be manager,was behaving in a threatening manor at 10.56pm,telling me to hurry while I was shopping.i then got to the door and said staff member was intimidating my dog,OUTSIDE the shop..thuggish behaviour that needs to be rectified.

   Poor experience. The post office opening time is unpredictable. You will only hear, "sorry love! It's closed".
