   Ian did an amazing job cleaning our upholstery yesterday and cleaned our carpet a few weeks ago with excellent results. What he doesn’t know about the cleaning process is not worth knowing! He is professional, punctual and very enthusiastic. He cleaned carpets for us when he set up in business about 25 years ago and unfortunately we lost his details - no internet then. Thankfully we have found him again and wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

   We called STB to attend and clean a sofa and two carpets. Having never used a service like this before I was a little sceptical as to how good it would actually be. Ian explained the whole process, how its done, why its done and what the results would be. He delivered completely on what he said and brought the sofa and carpets back to 'as new' condition. We couldn't ask for much more! The sofa was especially caked in muck and grime from our two dogs. I was honestly blown away by the results on this. Ian delivered on what he said, was courteous, professional and knows his stuff. Clearly passionate about his trade. You can't ask for much more.

   Amazing company. Would recommend to anyone. Ian amazed us with his knowledge of flooring, his dedication to the job and worked tirelessly throughout the day even with our 3-storey house in 80 degree heat. He deserves a medal! We just moved into a new house and had very bad problems with odour and stains. Everything now smells wonderful and we can now spend our money on other things instead of changing the carpets which now look new!
