The attitude of the staff was very, very bad. I somehow felt that they were being racist. I had registered a month ago, but today I went to ask when my class will start, and they told me that there are no vacancies.
Too much light coming through the black out curtains. Others agreed. The phone was far from the bed so I didn't call to request an eye mask. The breakfast was fine but not incredible in taste. Staff for dinner bumbled alot, dropped items and bashed into us. The evening meal, meat and vegetarian courses were either bland and/or dry and we weren't satisfied. The light switches seemed the wrong way round in the room. The walls were thin and I could hear every word when someone was on a phone call at 11pm Awoken at 1:33am by drunk girls in the corridor. ...I could've ordered ear plugs but I didn't expect this. Decimal devices are needed with a frown face to ensure people are considerate. When at the NEC in two weeks for a longer stay, I've booked elsewhere.
