   Service at this place is so so bad. Staff definitely need training. Lady at the cashier’s was good. Otherwise, poor service. Unwillingness to help customers with sizes. Pretty disappointing .

   I was in Flannels and I saw the model Gel 1090 for £140 and than we decided to go ASICS York outlet I got it from there £73 Staff were super useful and shop had really good vibe Lots of running shoes if you are looking for one of them Good quality and good price

   What happened to my order? I waited a week for my shoes to be delivered only to receive a last minute email telling e they had cancelled the order. I have emailed in to ask what is happening with my order, I received an automated response to acknowledge my email but no one had got back to me - its been a week now and ive chased twice. To my dismay I then received an email asking me to leave a review - i have then left a review but apparently it doesn't meet their guidelines so they wont publish it - avoid dealing with this company directly

   After 3 months of occasional casual wear hole developed in the toe area. Contacted the manufacturer with pictures and they referred me to the store. Refund refused as they alleged they were to small even though they were a bigger size and I received help in fitting when I purchased them. Was offered 20% discount on a new pair. Extremely poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store despite their 'guarantee of satisfaction' which is so prominently displayed.

   Very poor from the staff brought 3 pair if trainers and was told by staff they are brilliant for running and very comfortable.What aload of rubbish it was like running on high heels.The trainers were expensive but even with trainers worth 20 pounds I never expirence the pain.Staff are notwell trained and only want a sale.Beware

   Very poor after sales service. I bought my wife a pair of trainers in April just for walking around the pavements where we live. We use a pedometor and she has done approx 20 miles in them. Now only in June the soles are wareing and you can see her socks through holes in both trainers at the front by her toes. These were not cheap trainers, over 100 pounds and supposed to be top dog running shoes. Took them back to York designer outlet today, the shop assistant was useless, he didnt seem to think this was a poor quality trainer and that this should not have happened. He wasnt listening to us and had no intention of changing them or offering a refund.Very poor customer service, very poor trainers,, will never buy Asics again and will most definatly never visit this shop again. Dont waste your time. Rubbish.
