I have changed to this Pharmacy, due to my present pharmacy, not so good. I have nearly run out of repeat prescriptions, due yesterday. I Have contacted this pharmacy, they have explained that they have my prescriptions, usually between 16-20 waiting to be delivered. They apologised, and said that they do not deliver prescriptions at the weekend and only on Monday & afternoons. I will run out of some medication on Monday morning. I am disabled and the people I live with have full time jobs. If this service does not appear very reliable, I do not wish to make a formal complaint. But if this Pharmacy doesn't get it's act together, I am sure the local press might be interested. It's a WAKE UP CALL, if anyone is taking note?
Absolutely disgusting, booked my 87 year old frail dad an appointment 3 weeks ago or his flu jab, got him there this morning to be told by a very rude member of staff that they weren't doing over 60s, when I explained he already had an appointment she then said there weren't any left, no apology, nothing except she told me I had to take him home and keep checking till they had some, she didn't even address my dad directly. She said they can't let anyone know because they don't know who makes the appointments. Sounds not right to me. !!! Talk about respect, she needs to learn some!!
I wait 1 hr with 5 people on front of me to pick up a prescription what i ordered a day before with long waiting que, poor services , long waiting time in bad wheater. Will never use theyr servicess again.
An absolute shower, totally incompetent, cannot even manage a repeat prescription, 70% of the time, items missing and they don't tell you. You go back and tell them and they say the missing items are not on the prescription, (but it is on their system). Then they claim to have the authority to decide how to change and delete items from your repeat prescription according to what was missing on your last prescription... Bizarre! These people are incompetent and prefer chatting between themselves like they are on holiday.
