Had flu jabs here because we couldn't get them at weldrix. We should have booked but the pharmacist had some spare time and gave us the jabs. Excellent service and very pleasant staff and a really good pharmacist. Many thanks. 5*
Useless, was told my prescription would be ready and went the next day and it wasn’t even ready to be told to come back in a few hours which I did and was told they hadn’t got it. Useless little dump save your time and just go to the one in Cantley 5 minutes away
If it were possible to give this pharmacy a 0 star I would. Extremely incompetent and disorganised. Avoid at all costs.
Can,t understand why digital services from GP are then translated into a slow manual system by Lloyds. Lots of flipping through receipts and searching dispensed orders to locate. Surely having received a digital order it would make sense to keep it in that format?
Appalling - slow, disorganised with prescriptions. I had a 4 day wait to collect mine for stress!!! Will never use again. Didn't deserve even one star
We have used this pharmacy whilst being patients of Bessacarr Medical Centre for a number of years. On several occasions recently when using this pharmacy the queue for customers has been long, reaching and out of the door. We have ordered repeat prescriptions over the phone and the answer phone tells you the prescription will be ready to collect in two working days. This has not been the case on the last 2 occasions, we were told it takes at least four days, perhaps someone at this Lloyd’s pharmacy needs to notify the Drs to change their answer phone information. I have noticed that whilst waiting in the queues this seems to have been an issue for several customers recently. We had previously used this system without any issues. I do believe that this pharmacy is currently struggling to deal with the amount of customers it is trying to deal with and at times the assistants can be quite abrupt. I have now decided to deal with a different pharmacy which maybe not next to the Drs surgery, but when ordering repeat prescriptions you can do it though a phone app and it keeps you updated of the order status. My prescription ordered on a pharmacy phone app was made on Monday and was ready for collection Wednesday evening. Another family prescription order made by telephone to Drs surgery on Monday to be collected from Lloyd’s pharmacy next door to surgery - not ready to collect until Friday after 4pm. Our business will now be with the pharmacy just over a mile away from Nostell Place, Bessacarr.
