   Paulash Faizal Haider basically accused me of being a lying drug abuser because I had ran out of my blood pressure medication due to miss-ordering and needed a two day loan. Sent me away without it knowing the risks of not taking blood pressure medication should your blood pressure be excessively high. All in all called me a liar and said they were not a "candy store" Never felt so insulted and patronised in my life.

   I went to collect my prescription today, and the elderly lady from behind the counter with funny coloured purple grey hair would not serve me due to it just turning one o'clock. I said I just need to collect my prescription what I've been waiting for two weeks due to them not having the whole amount in stock previously. In response, I got an abrupt answer to say you will have to wait while 2 pm. I can't help you. I wouldn't mind, but she was working on the computer anyway! So I will have to waste my fuel yet again to go back another day. I shall not be using this pharmacy again. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

   Went to pick up a prescription my doctor had sent on the day (some 5+ hours later) as I needed medication urgently to control my symptoms and was told by the very rude lady working there that I was “supposed to wait 3 days before collection” - she was very dismissive and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when all I wanted was my medicine so I could stop feeling rubbish. Considering changing my nominated pharmacy because of how she treated me. Imagine needing medication urgently and being told you’re supposed to wait 3 days to collect it!!!

   Unhelpful Have been twice in the past 2 weeks for prescriptions. Items not in stock, no offer to order or see if they're available just 'no, none in' very couldn't care less attitude Unlike a well known chemist in town who were brilliant..... goodbye Tesco pharmacy.

   Pharmacist Tesco Chemist Doncaster. Went to pick up repeat prescription, carrier bag handed over. Arrived home only to find an item of medication was missing. Following day returned and explained the situation. Assistant said item was a fridge item and was still in the fridge. It was handed over by a member of staff. I kicked off requesting an apology especially from the pharmacist reminding him THE PHARMACIST was responsible for ensuring that what was on the prescription was in the bag handed over the counter to me, unless there was an item owing. In my opinion, he, and the staff apologised reluctantly. The lady behind me said thing’s missing were a regular problem here.

   Extremely bad service! Needed an emergency prescription, spoke to pharmacist on phone, he said hed sort me 5 tablets out to sort it.Got there and he told me I couldnt have them as I should have some left.There are 28 tablets in a packet and 31 days in July I said.I have blood pressure of 230/120 so needed these tablets..He told me to ring 111 ...My husband went back in and he gave him the tablets, what the hell was the problem??
