Took my mum for her flu & covid vaccinations yesterday, the staff were professional & helpful with any questions my mum had. Mr Singh the pharmacist was professional, throughout the consultation, treated my mum with dignity & respect, explained the services they provide. Excellent 10/10
I went to this pharmacy last Tuesday for my RSV vaccination, which I had booked in advance. When I arrived, they told me, Sorry, we don’t know why it was booked the person who does the vaccination is on holiday. Please come next Tuesday. I agreed and came again this week after confirming over the phone yesterday that my appointment was fine and the vaccination would be done today. However, when I arrived again, I was told they still couldn’t do the RSV vaccination and that they didn’t know why the NHS had booked it there. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing — I travelled all the way from York to Doncaster twice for this appointment, and I’m 29 weeks pregnant, so it’s not easy for me to keep making these unnecessary trips.The lack of communication and organisation between the pharmacy and the NHS booking system is unacceptable. They should not allow appointments to be booked if they cannot provide the service. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from going through the same experience.
Went here for travel vaccinations and would definitely recommend. The whole process was very quick and easy and Ricky was great. He explained everything fully and made sure we got our full course of vaccinations in time before our holiday. Thankyou
Professional people who care about their work and respect people regardless of their race or color. I have personal experience with them, as I do not speak English perfectly. I appreciate their ability to meet my needs with help and advice, unlike many pharmacies. I have changed my address twice and I am still with them.
Since being taken over and changed to pickfords this has been terrible. I ordered my medicine a week ago, a week later I pick it up and one of the medicines isn’t there. Nobody helps me. I try to sort it out and they tell me it’ll be there tomorrow. The next day i ring up before hand to check it’s there “yes it’s here” so I come and it’s not there, by this point I’ve no medicine for tonight which will cause me withdraw pain. Tomorrow I have to wake up make loads of phone calls to sort it out and could be up to 48 hours without a medicine suffering withdraw.
Really helpful and understanding and gave very good advice. Staff are always courteous.
Prescription service is terrible and attitude also .Real noticeable difference since this company has taken over.I will be changing my service provider.
Since being taken over the prescription service has been very poor. I’ve had to ring up the last twice after days waiting to get it delivered.
Very good and helpful pharmacist in this pharmacy. I needed a medicine for stomach upset so this pharmacist who was a Bit aged (old) help me and greeted me as I entered.
