I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and supportive. It is conveniently located between my home and town, so is ideal.
I been going to this pharmacy for over a year I have to go every day but Sunday and the staff are great never had a issue with them kind,funny always greet me when I go best chemist ever .
I have just called our doctors about my daughters and my own prescription and I'm told mine has been claimed. But it has NOT! You are supposed to deliver and no one has! my daughter and I now have Three days medication left and Still have NOThad our prescriptions delivered which were ordered last Monday. I don't know WHAT is going on here only that we are very short of medicines which I hope will be rectified ASAP because if my daughter runs out of lansoprazole she will be in severe pain and vomiting again. I hope there a good explanation for this catastrophe! I don't believe this,! NOW THEY WANT ME TO CALL EVERY MONTH TO SAY I WANT MY PRESCRIPTION DELIVERING WHEN I HAVE NEVER SAID I DONT! I HAVE GREAT TROUBLE WEARING A MASK AND NEARLY KEELED OVER ON TUESDAY COMING FOR A BLOOD TEST B3CAUSE I COULDN'T BREATHE! I THINK IT'S BECAUSE OF MY ASTHMA. SO I WANT MINE AND MY DAUGHTERS MEDS DELIVERING UNTIL I DO RING AND SAY OTHERWISE! All this faffing because my husband picked it up last moth when he picked up some new pills I needed to start quickly. It's ridiculous!
Visited 1.30pm, was told it was the pharmacists lunch break. Went back at 2.30pm to be told that my prescription was filled out incorrectly, returned with an updated prescription to be then told that the phamacist isn't certified to provide my prescription. Probably best to stay away from this pharmacy since they're not actually qualified, by their own words, to provide several forms of standard medications.
Never be afraid to tell the staff íf something isn't right for you. They very kindly sorted out the short date problem for me very quickly. Thanks to the wonderful staff! Best pharmacy I've dealt with!
Great staff! Found ourselves in difficult situations no thanks to the GP but the staff here truly faught our battles along side us and helped us to no end!!
