   Terrible service with multiple bad reviews over along period and still no improvement. When will good customer service return to this chemist and when will staff stop turning customers away (who have gone to collect repeat prescriptions after the 7 day wait time) because they can't be bothered to make them up in time. Appalling service.

   Really poor chemist with awful service If it wasn’t local I certainly would not use it. 5-7 days of ordering a prescription and it may be ready but when you walk in it’s dark and dingy looks dirty and if you time it on the wrong day you will be snarled at by the older lady that works there who is loud rude abrupt and often makes you feel ignored. The only good one is Cheryl(I think that’s her name sorry) Most staff congregate in the back and then look at you like you are something they avoid on a pavement. Everything seems to be too much of an effort for anyone to help or serve. If there was another chemist close I would avoid this one at all costs.

   Yet another bad experience at this pharmacy. I think there have been 2 out of 10 instances when prescriptions have been ready to pick up but todays experience has finally done it! Despite ordering repeats well in advance (as you should do to give the busy pharmacist time to check them), - 9 days in advance in this particular instance - I arrive this morning to find that my prescription needs to be ‘signed off’? and there’s a 45 minute wait. Unacceptable and shockingly bad customer service. My pre arranged plans for the day have had to be altered to enable me to return and pick up my prescription. Perhaps it’s about time Weldricks actually acted on these bad reviews/experiences and did something positive to improve the quality of service. I personally will be using another pharmacy from now on.

   1 star because I can’t give less. Always given the feeling that I’m causing a problem asking for my prescription? I try to order it well in advance but I’m at work and no one answers the phone.

   Shocking service. Asthma medication not ready after five days. Second time in two months this has happened. I am without an inhaler now and will have to wait another day, yet again. Not helpful and only two staff working plus a pharmacist who appears to always be on a break. Contacted Head Office.

   Terrible. Order through the app weeks in advance and every time they don’t come, keep being told they never received the prescription, this has twice left my 94 year old nan with no heart medication

   Used numerous times never yet had prescription ready even though its been emailed 24 in advance always same excuse, we have only just received it their IT system must a ZX spectrum running a 56K dial up modem, just. Be honest and have a sign on the door saying there will be a 20 minute wait

   I walked into the empty shop and stood waiting at the counter as staff tapped computers, chatted and ignored my presence. Another customer came in and we both stood there being ignored. After what seemed like for ever, I walked out and went into Sainsburys next door. Ten minutes later I returned and this time received a 'yes lovie' after a short wait. I asked for my prescription, which my surgery had sent them two days earlier and after a lot of rumaging around and another computer search was told it hadn't been made up and could I come back in twenty minutes? This left me the option of sitting outside on the wall whilst someone spent twenty minutes putting a packet into a bag, or walking the mile back home. I chose the latter! There's clearly a business opportunity here for Sainsburys to open a cafe in which Weldrick customers can enjoy a coffee whilst waiting for them to get their act together!
