   I have never experienced such rudeness , by this business . I left the pharmacy over a year age to go to grinley who are amazing . I went in today and experienced the same catalogue of rudeness as before , before I left colleagues were talking about it even before I left . A 1 star review is too good for this pharmacy . Weld ricks obviously accept this behaviour as nothing changes and nothing will .

   This pharmacy is absolutely great, the staff do all they can to help customers, today they received my perspiration and had it ready by 4pm witch was very helpful as I had run out of meds. Thank you ladies for all your help and support.

   Absolutely shocking. Sent me on a 3 hour wild goose chase to get emergency prescription from a GP and then once I finally had the presciption issued, and had done everything asked of me, was told that the item requested was not even in stock ! How can they be so stupid to have not checked that they had the item in stock before sending me on a wild goose chase to get a prescription remotely? And to take the biscuit, no apology forthcoming and no interest in changing their systems to actually check if things are in stock prior to telling people to go get a prescription for it. This was an emergency post-operation anaesthetic for acute pain relief for which I will now be in acute pain until I can source elsewhere. I will never walk into this pharmacy again. Disgraceful, rude & incompetent. Avoid

   Rude staff, unprofessional and data protection is literally zero. Forcing me to disclose personal information to get a my Flu jab when had proof from NHS that I was eligible. The doctors also confirmed that this was the case. That I was not required to disclose personal information. Hannah did not provide good customer service on 18/10/22. And my children have been failed by them on previous occasions and out of date medication. Managed to get booked in straight away at another provider without any issue.

   Brilliant attitude and great customer service. Delivered night nurse to the outside of my car door in the car park because I’m covid positive and couldn’t get anyone to help at the time. A massive thank you. I may actually get some sleep tonight :)

   Don't want to give one star to this pharmacy run by such rude staff. I was at my sister's house (Mrs Foreman already mentioned in a review) when she returned on Friday after being treated so badly. Clearly patient confidentiality went right out of the window along with good manners from the members of staff on duty. My sister was so upset and angry I drove her to Boots in Gainsborough who were so efficient and polite. I don't rate the "apology" given by the owner who doesn't appear that bothered.
