Despite ordering my prescription on the app monthly, yet again another blip. Do not send a message to say it is ready to be collected without checking the items ordered are there. This is not an isolated incident and you never apologise for any inconvenience caused. Not a great service! Finding the service completely incompetent I’m afraid.

Service is shocking. Staff just ignore people waiting, they don’t even acknowledge that you are there. Phone is always ringing and no one seems to answer that. Staff always stood around talking and seem put out that you have gone in for your prescription. Waited over half an hour for my prescription to be checked because pharmacist was to busy talking and drinking tea in the back because his words were “we have a lot to catch up about” Druggies walk in and get seen to straight away and everyone else has to wait like a mug

Seven staff in the shop. Queue out the door of people waiting and nobody serving customers. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than serving anyone. Thank you for the reply below. It seems the standard response to all complaints but nothing seems to have changed. Looking through previous reviews this situation has been ongoing for years. There seems to be no point in sending details to the email address as nothing appears to get done and nothing appears to have changed. I’d rather just go to another pharmacy .

Quite an unprofessional and disorganised service. No urgency. Staff stood chatting & giggling whilst the customer is stood waiting for important medication. Too many complaints when it comes to lack of prioritising customers who have ordered in advance. Kind of dread going in these days in case they don't have a clue what my prescription is. Poor.

Despite the fact that they have my medicine collection schedule in the system (long-term prescription), each time I am reminded that I did not notify the pharmacy several days in advance about the planned, scheduled collection of medicine. Today at 12.45 I was told I would not be served as they close at 1pm for lunch. A crowd of employees behind the counter - most of them are usually busy talking to each other. After the intervention, it turned out that the medicine were prepared in 3 minutes by an employee who was busy from the moment I entered the pharmacy. The rest of the staff was busy explaining to me their hard work and requirements... I do not recommend this place

Worst pharmacy ever I was using. One visit give a prescription, second visit next half of prescription, third visit if you lucky you get what you need if not sorry but another few visits will be needed. Every time about one hours waiting time. I forgot to add most time no in stock what you need.

Absolutely useless I have been waiting two weeks for antibiotics to be delivered to me. I first got told someone else had signed for them and there may have been a mix up with my prescription. Customer services have not got a clue and there customer services are shocking and pretty much unhelpful. I phone the complaints department who said I was down for home delivery and was expecting my medication to be delivered Monday , however monday comes around again and still no medication!!!!!. Phoned Leadale and they didnt have a.clue either

Unfortunately I had a negative experience with the pharmacy today. When I went to pick up my prescription the staff confirmed my name and address verbally and they gave me the medication which I had to pay for. As I was walking home I just checked the prescription and neither the name or the address was matching and I was also allergic to the medication. I took the drugs back to the pharmacy and asked for my prescription which they give me without any problem. As I got home I remembered that I paid for the prescription (which was someone else’s) so I went back again for the third time and ask the staff if I paid the right amount of money. The staff confirmed without checking that I paid the right amount. I went home and because the response was not reassuring regarding the pricing I phoned a Weldricks pharmacy and ask them for how much the medications would be. They gave me a reasonably lower price than what they charged me for someone else’s medication. I felt deceived and misled by a professional person and it concerns me if they done it to me who else they did it to especially thinking about vulnerable costumers who are less aware. And what if individuals do not check their prescription as they fully rely on the pharmacist and just take someone else’s medication which could cause life threatening and fatal errors.
