Been using this good little pharmacy for the past two years as they know how to treat people was respect and dont lose prescriptions with regularity.highly recomended
Had txt to say prescription was ready husband went to collect and it hadn't even been checked so that meant him having to wait don't send txt till it's all done

Very bad service and a terrible attitude from the young lad who works here , patronising , doesn’t listen talks over you both in person and over phone and Puranas phone down If you try and ask him to listen . Head office and ladies in there are really helpful so it’s a shame . I will be switching my REPEAT prescription else where as my essential drugs are now overdue and I won’t receive them before I run out .. might consider legal action for sufferance and distress caused
Don't understand negative reviews. Young team is really friendly, caring and will always go that extra mile. I am getting my regular prescriptions from there and nothing is too much trouble for them. Keep it going guys ☺️
My elderly dad always picks up his prescription from here but i dropped him off at hospital today for major surgery so he asked me to take his slip in to order his repeats. The woman on duty this morning was extremely rude and was refusing to take the prescription, shouting at me and being rude trying to force me to download the app and order it myself. Her words "tell your dad to order on the app" i explained hes elderly and wouldnt have a clue how to use technology and explained todays situation. Her response was " well why cant you do it then?!" It took a lot of back and forth for her to accept the prescription! Disgusting behaviour. By the reviews this isnt an isolated case or limited to the one staff member.
Always 5 star service,friendly helpful staff who have always helped me out,even at the last minute on a couple of occasions when My medication has been messed up (by doctors surgery) they have managed to rush my order through before they finish for the day! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff here. Everytime I go in I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how my day is going,there always busy and cheerful even through this awful pandemic. Thankyou all at Rowlands Pharmacy everything you do is very much appreciated!
This chemist used to be good, but sadly not any more. They always seem short staffed, the phone is constantly engaged and some of the staff are somewhat short tempered with you. For me, prescriptions are never completely filled, there is always an item owed and delivery is never when asked for. I’ve moved to McGills.
