   Visited the boots in Doncaster today, after collecting items and overall shopping around £90-100 I used the self check out. They only had one person dealing with tills who was busy with an elderly couple and had a number of people waiting for her. I approached a boots worker who was stacking shelves to assist us as one of the items had a tag. She first dismissed me completely and asked me to wait. After a while I approached her again and her poor customer service and overall mannerism was to ask me to wait in line. She then proceeded to remove the tag but not update the till. Over customers couldn’t believe her attitude, I don’t know if it was because I’m not white British but I felt some form of prejudice. No customer service skills and no helpful staff! Very poorly handled

   Asked to speak to the duty pharmacist, needed some advice regarding the best over the counter medication and and counter indicatons regarding a health issue. Pharmacist couldn't be bothered to ever speak to me . Awful, awful service . I will not be using this store again.

   Had to wait in a queue close to 30 mins to receive my parcel. It wasn't just me that was getting fed up I can hear other customers behind me as well. The staff were not really helpful at all.

   The staff in there are very knowledgeable around the makeup and the little device they use to show you skin type is great as we was able to get the correct foundation for my daughter so it matches her skin tone
