   Sacked my son for nothing , he had hold.of a lost property jumper and took downstairs on way to put in lost property grabbed his stuff from locker and put jumper in bag too ,by mistake and as soon as was asked he checked his bag and took it back immediately even said yes I have it but instead of being happy he had it and offered to bring straight back they sacked him for gross misconduct,they are now getting sued for unfair dismissal and the pressuring of him daily as a member of staff was awful he couldn't do anything right was always getting moaned at and bullied by his managers even because there were problems with things that he had boring tondo with he still got blamed and bullied moaned at ,well all I can say is wrong person to have done it to as I'm now acting as his legal representative and also his parent who has had to listen to him come home daily for months stressed at the treatment hes received and pushed about at work it's them that should be sorry not my son he's done nothing but all they've done is cause him daily stress and pressure.

   There are many cleaning contractors who unfortunately pay their staff the minimum wage and OCS is one of them even though clinching the lucrative contract from the NHS to clean the Harbour mental health center in Blackpool. Capitalism through exploitation on the backs of the working class, disgraceful.

   I have to say that I cannot say anything good about the premises, as I have to say that I tried for employment with the company in the past, and I get ignored on more than one occasion. So I am not going to say that I would recommend the company to anyone wanting employment because I have to say that I cannot.

   How professional is this I was suppose to start today at 10.00am in credit control Received a phone from the Agency at 8.50 to tell me not go because the person that interviewed me and gave me the job can’t get job signed off Am not happy because l could of worked for Four days more at the company l gave up for them temping so beware!!!!
