Always receive a great service from the staff. Pleasant and helpful. Prescriptions are made up quickly after approval from GP with a text message to say it is ready. Part of the reasons I drive past 2 other pharmacies to get to Greenwells.
Great local village pharmacy. Prescriptions are always made up in double quick time. New pharmacist is great, all staff are very personable. Today my prescription was ready to collect within 5 mins of speaking with my GP! Opening hours are admittedly a little restrictive, but its worth planning your time, so you can collect in order to use this pharmacy.

Been using this pharmacy for over 10yrs now and wouldn’t use any other. Very helpful and experienced staff, always friendly and willing to help. My prescription is ready within a couple of days after ordering. Very efficient.

I’m sorry you became so upset on the phone, I generally think this is down to a lack of communication. The interaction in store was without issue, although you were quite irrational over the phone: criticising my manners, unable to give a tangible example besides the mask? Then claiming it's "not open for a discussion" - when you were the one who randomly brought it up? Then ending the call abruptly. Very confusing. If me not wearing my mask correctly was such an issue, you could have simply asked me to adjust it to your satisfaction, instead of later complaining over the phone, claiming that I was rude because the mask wasn't covering my entire face, could you simply ask next time? I appreciate we are all going through a hard time during covid, although I don't appreciate the frustration being taken out on the customers.
