saw the pharmacist today with painful sinusitis, had for two weeks in complete agony with facial pain, blocked nose no sleep etc. lady who took me into a room said we will get you some antibiotics as it’s sinusitis then changed her mind after clicking away on her computer for nearly 20 mins. She said I don’t qualify and will have two weeks on nasal spray. So incredibly frustrating when you KNOW your body is fighting off an infection. I haven’t ever taken antibiotics! There was no empathy or compassion. Badly run, bad attitude, whole process took an hour and a half just for her to give me a nasal spray that’s for hayfever!
