I have never had a problem with this chemist. The staff are very helpful and if there is a problem they always try there best to sort it out.
Abysmal service!! Script sent through for 2 urgent items from docs to them Tues. Went to collect script and told they don't keep the items in. Said they'll text when they're in. 2days later text received saying items ready to collect. Unable to go back to pharmacy for 5 days including weekend as ill. Went back in Tuesday. Although text said everything was ready, only one item had arrived. So the text system is useless. I then waited @half an hour as they couldn't locate the item.
Avoid this doctors for appointments.. took my partner and child to this "well pharmacy" the only thing they do well is waste time. Signed in on the tablet as you can't do this with any member of staff anymore. Almost an hour later I'm still waiting only to find out the tablet hasn't signed in. I've had to abandon my partner and child at this location as I personally have another appointment else where.
Avoid! Firmly put profits ahead of patients needs. They have just dumped my wife as it takes them too long to sort out her essential lifesaving meds because they are so disorganised and it’s too much work for them. You have been warned.
This pharmacy will never answer the phone so don’t bother ringing. For some reason they often have stock shortages. Currently suffering withdrawal effects from a medication that I ordered but was still out of stock 7 days later. Didn’t bother to advise me of my GP they couldn’t get the stock before I ran out (this is a long term repeat prescription). I didn’t find out before I had to go away for a few days and was unable to go to an alternative pharmacy as it coincided with the weekend. It’s a shame because the staff have otherwise always been brilliant and friendly.
This chemist has a very poor service . I ordered my prescription on the tuesday and it was not ready until the following tuesday. Excuses after excuses and this happens all the time. Very poor service.

The staff here are fantastic. They help me a lot with my elderly parents medication, and always go the extra mile to make life easier. Thank you so much for your help and dedication

If you like it crowded and want to be waiting ages for prescriptions you ordered the previous week then it would be great. The staff are good and friendly but some of them only have one speed..... Slow.
