   Could sit here all day listing shit off •gaffer was 40 minutes late to our interview •most awkward interview of my life •asked if I’m normal or gay 10 minutes in •asked if I’m disabled or normal 13 minutes in •received no training •no fire protocol training •was let around vulnerable children without a dbs check •Will ask for you in 10 minutes early but god forbid you leave a second early •sexual comments made by management •constant conspiring •passive agressive and near hostile environments •cleaning products are all the same just with different bottles and dyes •most of provided equipment is broken or sub par for your job •the free uniform MIGHT get provided after a month or so if you beg and beg •if you’ve got an ounce of spine in your body Julie will be the bane of your existence and her aura can and will ruin your week •holiday requests are forgotten about and she will get hormonal if you prove her wrong • if they ask you to work delamere don’t bother bc you’ll be taking my job and trust me you can’t hack the shit i can Overall don’t bother hiring floorbrite or consider being employed by them.

   Turned up outside my apartments at 6am and woke my newborn child up with the amount of noise they were creating from the cherry picker they were using and the incessantly loud chatter they were having outside my windows. I’m pretty sure this is against the law as operating heavy machinery shouldn’t be done until 8am. Honestly hope no one uses this company going forward as they seem to be a bunch of absolute clowns

   The cleaners work hard and although their job sometimes a well done makes it all worth while from management but they thank each other which makes you feel valued. The managers are a good team of people too and a thankyou from them is truly appreciated when they give one and makes you want to do better too for them.

   This company has been nothing but terrible to deal with! They missed cleaning on different occasions and when we've asked for the credit notes we got completely ignored. Caroline Sutton and Gavin Jones, both are continually ignoring emails. So unprofessional!
