Since it's not very popular in the area, lots of their food is stale. Other branches of Shayona are good as the food is fresh. This particular shop constantly sells stale food. Only buy frozen food from here.
They have a good selection of items but level of service can really vary on day to day basis. As if it depends on what side of the bed the person serving you has woken up. Service levels are not consistent for example 1 day you will be charged correctly and other time differently (mostly more then previous time) and if you query as to why there explanation is "oh we don't know why but this is the correct price etc". I have stopped going here prefer to go to there different branch.
Hi I bought 2 containers of Phooli Ganthia on 18 January 2024. Went home and tried some from the first batch and found them soft and gone off. So tried the 2nd box and sadly they were the same. So took it back and camplained. The owner refused to refund or exchange. He said they are meant to be like that. He also said food once sold can not be returned under the covid hygiene regulations. It seems they can sell unfit foods but once you bought it is your problem. I would say, It's their loss because I am not returning to that shop ever again.
I needed to get bhajias for Mother’s Day, it was not on the menu. But super customer service. Yash was so kind & helpful, he offered to make it and have ready in time for me to pick up the next day.The bhajias were perfect - everyone enjoyed and non left over. Thank you Yash.

Nicely laid out shop but prices could be more competitive for what is on offer. Missed opportunity really. Staff could be a bit more engaging.

Came here to collect some papri ganthia and some Indian sweets, Mr yash was extremely helpful, polite and informative. With his guidance we braught a nice selection of barfi and various Indian sweets. We have been using shayona for almost 8 years now so we're excited when we saw this new branch being opened near us.
