This shop has really gone downhill. Went in the middle of the day on a Wednesday - poor stock, counters closed, and things just dumped at the end of aisles meaning that trolleys couldn't get past. And chaos by the clothes section where stuffed toys and random sale items had been piled up... Since they reorganised the store, it's also been very hard to find anything - lots of items are grouped by the countries they come from rather than food groups, which is tricky when particular foods can be eaten in more than one country in the world! The stock reflects the local demographic, which I get, but if you want to buy any food that is outside of this, the selection is now really poor (my local tiny Tesco Express has better). I'll be swapping to Sainsbury's in Edgware from now on, which is much better run and stocked despite being half the size. It's a shame as Morrison's Queensbury used to be my go-to, and I enjoyed shopping there when I first moved to the area. The only plus point today was that I spent much less money than usual, because much of what I wanted wasn't available (or maybe it was but I couldn't find it!).

Always generally good value and a pleasant shopping experience at Morrisons, although saddened that they've got rid of their cafés - very disappointing. Used to have lunch at Borehamwood once in a while so that is missed.

All you want under one roof. Came here to purchase last minute things for my Mum and it was all there and well positioned.

On the 6th of June I was in the shop and noticed the lady in the bag goes ahead and puts all the ingredients on the pizza without using gloves which is gross especially as it’s the one that goes in front for you to take and bake at home Instead of being done here . Not only it is a hygiene issue but it’s mostly about the fact that it’s disgusting for someone to touch your pizza ingredients. Pizza isn’t like meat where you can wash it afterwards, unless I’m somehow wrong about that .

The supermarket is well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and dairy products. The aisles are clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. The checkout process is efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great place to shop for groceries.

Just used the click and collect service. Absolutely perfect. From arrival, took no more than 2 minutes for someone to bring our stuff out - polite, smiling and friendly.. Well done!

Avoid late evenings as most of fruits and veggies are gone by that time. Otherwise it's a good store for regular groceries and household items.

Very bad experience. Most of the shelves were empty. I was not able to find an item so I asked the people working there. One only spoke one language that is tamil. One only spoke in sign language. The other mumbled few words and then said he doesn't know. After that I went to the self service counter. I had to use 3 different machines to finally pay for one item. In all I took half an hour to buy just 1 item.

This store in October 2022, has recently been refitted with lots of tall shelving with a lot more stock on them, giving it all the ambiance of a warehouse. Other changes are nice though. However, the aisles are now very long with the lack of a center passage shortcut. If you are unlucky to forget something midway throughout your shopping, you will unfortunately have a lot of walking back to find it!

The store has very good value for money, there are always special offers and the Morrison’s own brand products are much cheaper than the branded ones. It has plenty of world foods from the Far East, Caribbean, Poland and also Kosher options. It has a fresh meat and fish counter and a bakery where you can get some good deals on reduced items towards closing time. The store has free wifi which is reliable, free ATM’a and also plenty of free parking. It also has good deals on cleaning products and toiletries. 24 hour petrol is also cheaper than other petrol stations. The only downside is that the shelves are a little dis-organised and there are many gaps. There were also a few items around the store on the floor that were not picked up. Overall, it is a great value for money supermarket where you can’t complain.
