Very rude Polish cashier. We asked for fresh ham, and she said all of them are fresh. We bought “Wolarek Szynka z Tłuszczykiem” yesterday for the high price of £18.99/kg. Today, the ham is inedible, smelly, and just old. Very disappointing customer service and poor quality food.
I'm a regular customer in both shops. I love the one that has the meat section. The staff is really nice and welcoming, but the small one, the one with the bread section is completely different, still love the products but staff are, all of them, extremely rude, they look at you and roll their eyes and no more contact with the customer, no even a thank you or good bye. To be honest, I'm not going as often as i wanted just because i hate customer service there. Hope the management team read and have a chat with them
Has a big variety of polish foods as well as vegetables, breads and meats. You always have a few options when it comes to any product. The staff is always extremely kind and polite. The prices are okey and to be honest the quality of the products is even better than in the country of their origin.
The price tags on shelves do not show real prices you will pay to the cashiers. When a cashier scans your purchases, you cannot see prices on the screen. Recommend to all customers of this store very carefully check their receipts immediately.
There are two shops next to each other. Looks like the old one bought another space. I don't know why they didn't join those shops or make one a speciality shop. You don't know actually where to go. At least there are no queues in the smaller one but much less products.
This embarrassing company is poisoning people! Owner sells spoiled food by keeping it illegally in the sun for hours!!!! Does not comply with health and safety regulations. Such trash shouldn't be allowed to open- where's the council?
Helpful staff, great location and amazing products. The vegetable and fruits are very flavoursome, as opposed to the ones found in the big shops. There is also a large variety of meats and dairy.
Very clean and tidy. They have everything you need. But all items in polish language. No English words. So you have to guess which what who. Friendly people. Big shop. Reasonable prices a bit higher than Tesco but still fresh, clean and lots of verities.
