   Absolutely shocking of the quality of the the food.we bought yogurt with mold after we opened,The frozen kebab after defrost started smells off,however we still give it a go on the BBQ and honestly the smell was unbearable.I assume that during transportation haven’t been kept in the right temperature,which is super dangerous.The staff is absolutely horrible with attitude like we are about to steal not to buy.No Hello no bye,and God forbid you need to ask something.We were very disappointed literally from the whole atmosphere and definitely as a customer i felt uncomfortable and unwanted.Shame that the people working on the till are so rude as basically they are the face of the business.

   Great selection of Bulgarian favourites, food, drinks and other stuff. Half way between Acton and Ealing. Nearest tube Ealing Common. Good prices for sending stuff back to Bulgaria too.

   Lovely place, has all the essential stuff you need, very reasonably priced as well. It is clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly. The location of the shop is nice as well. If you have never tried any Bulgarian food before, go with the Liutenitsa.

   Very very disappointing behaviour of staff towards customers. I visited the shop with my son in a pram on Tuesday early afternoon and was the one customer - both ladies were putting prices on priducts just in the till area but didn’t open the door for me neither on entering the shop nor on existing. No greatings and very very bad customer service manors. Pity because me and my husband spent twice a month here over £50.... Just as a note, it was a lot better when the owners themselves used to work in the shop
