   Well that was very disappointing. Just been to pick up a prescription on Saturday morning (15th November). The website suggests the branch closes at 12.30pm, so I got there in what I thought was good time 11.40am). Shutter already down at one side of the shop and the door locked (accepting that there where quite a few folk inside waiting for their prescriptions). Not great and means another trip early next week. Was speaking to someone outside who says this happens all the time at this branch. Not great!!!

   By far the worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of using. Staff do not communicate about delays in medication, there customer service in the pharmacy is dreadful as they will spend more time in their own world rather than helping the customer. If you complain, they just blame other parties rather than taking some kind of ownership. If it was a one off incident, fair enough, things happen, I appreciate that. This however is virtually every prescription with the same medication. Truly woeful

   Went in last Monday. Would have to order medication. 2 days wait. Went back Thu teatime. No medication. It'll be here tomorrow. Went in Friday. No medication. Tomorrow is day 7.

   Never leave comments but been twice to see the chemist about a personal problem ,only to left waiting. First time was 20 mins was told I would be seen in a couple minutes so left without seeing. Then went again couple of days later Friday morning. Told to wait after 20 mins again somebody just walked in and started chatting to the chemist after I had waited. So left again without help . Talk about help the the chemist, what about the customer.

   They’ve Had my prescription two weeks, tried ringing to see if it was ready nobody answers, so went down, after waiting a while, somebody finally came out took my name I waited again to be told it’s not ready and pharmacist was going on her dinner, I would have to go back, which is not possible, excuse is they are busy, with people walking in wanting prescriptions, two weeks is totally unacceptable, this needs sorting and it’s not the first time, on time on other occasions things have been missing, and I’ve had to make another journey, back.

   This pharmacy is a disgrace. The staff are rude and sarcastic. Repeat prescriptions are never ready on time. When you try to call them on the telephone, they never answer. I think someone from weldricks head office needs to needs to get in there and sort the whole mess out.

   I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. Having visited Weldrick's today I was astounded by the lack of customer service. They literally had one lady serving even though the shop was packed with people waiting outside. Whilst I waited 30 minutes in the queue 4 people got frustrated with the whole scenario and decided to leave in a huff! Everyone was absolutely fed up with the situation. There was no urgency from the staff whatsoever and they didn't seem to be concerned that people were leaving! To top things off there was another lady member of staff in the back of the shop bellowing at us to stand outside if the shop exceeded 5 people, we all found her very abrupt and one lady left and headed off up to Lloyds, I don't think she appreciated being shouted at! I appreciate they must be really busy but they should be able to cope in these situations. I certainly will not be going back there ever again!
