Today I spent my usual time shopping in this store as a regular customer. Throughout my visit, two security guards followed me very closely for at least 10 minutes, even closing a security gate to observe/check me more thoroughly. I was careful to replace every item I picked up exactly as I found it. This level of persistent following felt intimidating and unnecessary, and has left me feeling unfairly targeted. I intend to submit a Subject Access Request for the relevant CCTV footage to understand why this happened. Disappointing experience in an otherwise convenient local store.

The conduct of one of your security guards was completely unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for the store. While the shop was closing early due to Boxing Day (which we fully understand), this security guard chose to behave like a power-tripping bully rather than a professional employee. He aggressively approached my mother and my younger sister - who is 13 years old - while they were already at the self-service checkout paying, and snapped, “Are you even listening to me? I told you to leave.” That comment was rude, condescending, and completely out of line. Speaking to customers like that, especially a minor, shows a serious lack of judgment, training, and basic manners. Security staff are there to ensure safety, not to vent their frustration or act intimidating because they think they can get away with it. My mother, who is a regular customer and far more patient than she should have to be, still apologised - despite regularly dealing with Morrisons’ own issues, such as self-service checkouts breaking down mid-shop. Instead of professionalism, she was met with attitude and disrespect. If this is the standard of behaviour Morrisons is willing to tolerate from its security staff, that’s deeply concerning. Hire people who can do their job without being rude, aggressive, or talking down to women and children. This guard needs retraining at best - and a serious reality check at worst.

Cafe is excellent. Great value fish and chips (chips are basic, but the delicious golden battered Cod is superb. The batter is nice & golden and crispy. The large portion is very generous. Make sure you get it as soon as it’s been put out for serving. It’s best eaten hot! Lots of other lovely things on the menu too.

Extremely disappointed with Morrisons via Uber Eats! Almost every time I order from Morrisons through Uber Eats, there is always something missing. Today I ordered ONLY 3 items and again, one of them was missing. And of course, it was the heaviest item, the main reason I placed the order, because I don’t have a car to carry it myself. I paid a delivery fee, but I didn’t even receive the item I actually needed. Instead, they delivered the two light products I could easily buy from any local shop. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. I did apply for a refund, but that doesn’t solve the real issue. It’s not just about getting the money back it’s about receiving what you actually order and pay for. This keeps happening and it’s simply not okay. This is not acceptable, not professional, and shows no respect for the customer. I am very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from Morrisons anymore.

This is actually a really good branch of Morrisons. It looks really modern, both inside and out, and is very clean and well-maintained. It's really big, and has an impressive selection of products. There is also a cafe in-store, as well as a free customer car park. There are staffed payment tills, as well as plenty of self-service payment tills, so queues are kept fairly short. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the shelves are usually well-stocked. The shop can get very busy at times, so I find it more enjoyable to shop here in the evening, when it is much quieter. Overall, it's a good supermarket which is worth visiting.

Very impressed with this store. It was FULLY stocked, really well laid out and good prices. Some items are more pricey than other supermarkets so they should think about price matching to draw in more customers. Took my time browsing. Will definitely go there to buy some items but not for my big shop. Cashier had no customer service skills...not a word spoken despite me asking how she was! Very odd...lots of free parking.

Excellent supermarket and I am usually not at all a fan of Morrisons but the environment is airy, bright and clean without glare. It is never too busy (although only ever been weekdays before 09.00 and after 18.00) and has a great selection of everything except for some reason children's toys and games.

Good quality baby garments available here at better prices than other brands. You won't find many varieties of vegetables here but otherwise groceries options and bakery items varieties are good.
