   This pharmacist is extremely rude!! As well as unprofessional, and dismissive. Their uncaring and unprofessional demeanour directly led to a severe lapse in judgment, resulting in an inaccurate diagnosis of my daughter’s symptoms.

   went without birth control for a month because of their negligence. wasn’t told i was due a pill check, they just stopped letting me order it. didn’t find out until i phoned up. i went for my pill check on the 1st of october, i’d already been without my pill for 2 weeks at this point, i was in there an hour even though it wasn’t busy at all. the man that did my consultation asked me the personal questions on the shop floor infront of other customers because the “consultation room was unavailable” but then proceeded to weigh me in that same room and there was no customer in there. then he told me they didn’t have my pill in stock and that he’d order it. said it’d be there on the 2nd or 3rd. but when i tried to get it on the 6th, i was told it wasn’t there and hasn’t been ordered. called up a few days later and was told the same thing again by a woman. and she said the man that did my consultation and was supposed to order my prescription wouldn’t be in until monday and she’d let him know i’d called so i called today because i knew he’d be back in and he told me it was ready to pick up and “i don’t know why they told you it wasn’t here, because it is. they must’ve not looked hard enough”. yet when i picked my prescription up, it has today’s date on the label, so not only did he forget to order my prescription, lie to cover up his negligence, but he also blamed the other members of staff. will be going to my GP for my pill checks from now on.

She was incredibly helpful, promptly checked the inventory, and assured me of her assistance. Upon visiting the pharmacy, I was able to obtain the medication. Her kindness and professionalism are highly commendable, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I extend my sincere gratitude for her assistance.

   This must be some kind of joke!!! First, I waited all day for the doctor to call me back, and all I wanted was a prescription. Then, after waiting all day, I got my prescription. I went to the pharmacy, and it turned out the pharmacist was on a 45-minute break and there was no one to give me the medication! This is baddest service ever !!!!!! This is pharmacy not a shop !!!! How you can not Given medication to the people when needed becouse you are on lunch brake!!!!! Its only one person work there or you just that lezy !!!!!!!

   I strongly debated on giving this a 1 but decided against it as it's only 2 employees I've had bad service from. So to the others I apologise. There has been no professionalism, when called by the pharmacist I have had to make sure he doesn't hang up before I'm finished as the first time he did and the two following he tried to. The other man I spoke to there called me by the incorrect name 3 times even though I'd spelled it out the first time. I'm convinced he did it on purpose if I'm honest because his voice sounded amused. When you work in healthcare and you don't know the person on the other end you'd think you'd be polite and understanding. That phone call sent off a huge panic attack and almost triggered an asthma attack. It costs nothing to be kind.

Having spoken to 'Martin' very recently, we have always received excellent service from them, although, through the coronavirus period, the pharmacy have certainly been under pressure, and still delivered an efficient service.    There is a man called Martin at this place that’s the most rude person I have been unfortunate to meet he was most unhelpful person in the work and even tried to deal with another customer instead of finishing talking to me. I came to pick up a proscription that should have been there a week but thought it more important to talk over me and just keep saying I done no you will have to come back another day. People like him have turned a nice helpful chemist it to a horrible nasty place you don’t want to go and makes me feel like I would rather go without my tables than deal with him
