Do not use avoid at all cost’s nothing ever ready when collected make 3 trips to get medication because no one answers the phone ever when u call to check . 2 weeks without baby milk for premature twins is unacceptable they don’t even open electronic prescriptions till you tell them avoid
Most unorganized pharmacy in the world can not rely on them for important medication you have to check on them to make sure they are checking the electronic system for prescriptions and when you try phoning they just ignore it
I've never had a problem, but the last few months have been horrendous, ordering prescriptions that are taking over 2 weeks to sort out, not having messages answered online, even contact by phone, get no answer. When I popped into the chemist to question what was going on was greeted with.... "I don't know anything about it", just tried 3 times to ring and guess what.... No answer!
Prescription submitted 25 August 23. On the 3rd visit on 4th Sept 23 finally able to collect prescriptions only to be told some items were not available and that I would have to call back again.
