I am currently studying at this University and it is shocking to say the least. My class have had lecturers not turn up, both in person and online, and not even bother to send out emails. Lecturers do not respond to emails. Myself and many others have previously had to CC into emails the head of department in order to essentially force a response out of lecturers. There is 0 support from the university in all aspects from educational support to physical and mental health. I was struggling a lot last year and because of the lack of support I had no choice but to take some time off from my course and redo the year again. When it comes to marking assignments every lecturer does so differently even though they give us a mark sheet the lecturers supposedly use when marking our work. Not only this but lecturers tell us students different things, it is as if they don't know what they're doing themselves. Everything is last minute, from responses, to results to placement allocations which makes things incredibly difficult to work around especially for those in my class who have children. On top of all of this if you make any kind of complaint the lecturers come back with a sarcastic and even passive aggressive response (if you manage to get one at all). If you want to save your sanity DO NOT go to this University!!!

The carpark says 30p for minum stay which is fair but if using card its £3.00 which does not seem fair to me. I think many people would be grateful if you reviewed this visitors tax

Expensive university course that did close to nothing for preparing for life in the real world. Militant security guards that harass you. One of those places that are a university only by name. What was good? The canteen.

I went here with my son to an event for prospective students who had received an offer from this university. I had some misgivings before we went, but I have to say that I was very impressed, particularly with the pastoral care offered. This is a big issue for us as a family as my eldest child was let down badly in this respect by her university. Having seen what is on offer here, I will have no concerns whatsoever if my son opts for Worcester.
