    *"Such bad service! As an international student, I was looking for the BATCH service (Visa and Immigration Service). When I went to the university, they told me there wasn't a specific office for it and that I should look around the campus to find them. BLS asked me to check on the first-floor student service, but they directed me to the second floor... I was looking everywhere at uni. When I called them by phone , no one answered. Finally, one woman picked up, but she was rude. She said she would connect me with the right department, and I waited for almost 30 minutes. Then she came back and said no one was answering, and she said no one replied i can't help you .

    The faculty is drawn from second rate members of past industry that have been chewed up, spat out and inducted into this hallowed educational institution. They make up for their lack of professionalism and pride in their work by calling on old cronies to give "lectures" and "industry experience" to their students. They then continue this scheme by pumping out student visas and degrees for whomever can afford it without care as long as you can afford it.

    The staff you have in your finance department for international students, they are very helpful apart from one female staff member (from African/Jamaican background mentioning to identify the staff as I didn'tcatch her name), she needs proper training how to treat students as she is super rude and thinks she owns the uni and treat people whatever way she wants, one member of staff giving the whole department a bad reputation. Hope the management will look into this and sort the issue out so she doesn't treat other students in the same rude way. Thanks
