Everything about the store itself is great – clean, well-stocked, and a wonderful place to shop with family. However, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication regarding setting up a business account. I own two Chinese takeaway restaurants and spend thousands of pounds weekly with other suppliers. I personally visited the store and explained that I wanted to move my weekly purchases (over £5,000) to Wing Yip. I was told to fill out a form, which I did, and was assured someone would contact me soon. Unfortunately, it’s now been five months and I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s a real shame, because my family truly enjoys visiting the store in person, but as a business customer, I expected much better follow-up and professionalism.

So far this is the best Asian grocery store we have found. It's well stocked with a variety of the best brands and their live seafood selection is amazing. The lobsters are huge and they offer live Canadian dungeons crab. The also have whole suckling pigs and sell a lot of items by case/bulk. It's definitely worth the drive and you can have dim sum next door or try excellent BBQ'd meats in the cafe located inside the store.

Mecca for hungryChinese and other Far Eastern people. The car park is huge, surrounding the site and diving underneath. The driving standard is fine. If it looks too busy go down the ramp to the far end of the basement and follow a right hand circuit round the perimeter. You will find a slot eventually. 3 lifts are in the corner by the entrance ramp. The shopping area is as big as any supermarket and then there’s an enormous shopper accessible warehouse. Case prices for warehouse boxes are available to everyone and Cash is accepted at the tills. Fresh fruit and vegetables plus bakery items are in the warehouse, on the right as you enter. There’s a brilliant restaurant attached but you may be thwarted by the queue at busy times. Between the lifts and the entrance to the selling area is a Japanese collectibles store. My generation collected cigarette cards, this seems less lethal! Photos and a video are appended.

Amazing building locate in London! Fair price for the oriental food. Not the cheapest in town but you can get various type and brand here. Love the paper model here, not only the Dragon and Phoenix, but also lovely Ghibili Studio one and some other anime character. Also, you can find Japanese capsule toys here too.

This place is a little smaller than Purley but I think the setup is better like this. The tables aren't as close and the restaurant is not so overwhelming. The food is pretty much the same story, some dim sum is good, some average. The main dishes are ok too, they're nothing to complain about really. Cricklewood and Purley are miles better than anything Gerrard Street has to offer these days. Price is ok but with dim sum it can always mount up. Service is good in comparison to other Chinese restaurants but those who know will know not to expect friendly attitudes much. The shop is attached to the restaurant and so is convenient. The usual stuff available here, fresh and dry but do be careful to check the expiry dates on what you buy.

It suits most of my needs from an Asian supermarket. I get my staple 10kg sushi rice at a decent price every couple of months amongst other things. It's great that there are now new fridge freezers in. There's a good range, but based on other smaller Asian supermarkets, I think they could certainly introduce a little more variety with the space they have.

Huge supermarket with a warehouse attached. Has everything Chinese and exotic. And even some top wines such as Penfold 407 at a bargain price. The warehouse was massive and had loads and loads and all types of food containers which is what we were looking for. Loads of checkout tills and plenty of helpful staff on hand to help. Well lit Parking out front and underground.
