i have been to this place before and yes it is good but i tried coming in last week and it was closed before 5pm and i tried again a few days ago still closed.
I am really sorry that we still can see racist and discrimination behaviour in 2025, I went to change the size of clothes I had 1receipt for refund and lost the other receipt .both transaction was at the same time and Manager refused to change the cloths for me and said she nee to go and find the receipt after working hours because SHE IS NOT SURE I BOUGHT THIS FROM THIS STORE!even if I showing bank transaction.I saw 5 min before that they done exchange with same scenario for other customers .how can I buy from other store if I show my bank transaction and also I have another receipt for same day same time! It only school uniform not the jewel !
I went to Radcliffe’s school store to buy my daughter’s uniform and was very disappointed with the service. When I asked the sales assistant about prices, I was spoken to very arrogantly and told to “check the website.” On top of that, I then had to stand in a long line of customers who, like me, felt misled and let down. This experience left me feeling that parents are being denied clear information and treated poorly
Disappointing visit. I've been a regular customer of Rawcliffes for many years. Visited today to get 3 different sets of uniforms, amounting to just under £300. During the visit, my 4 year old began wriggling and crying to use the toilet and I was point blank told no. You could clearly see how uncomfortable and desperate he was and I couldn't believe he was refused. I understand you don't have toilet facilities for customers but under exceptional circumstances like this, you would expect allowances to be made, even if that meant a member of staff escorting us there. I could never imagine refusing a child so desperate like this. Had he wet himself on the floor, I'm sure you wouldn't have been happy. Sometimes, we all have to have a heart in life and show a bit of compassion. In future I will be using the uniform store in Harehills instead. It's the last time Rawcliffes get my service.
This had all the uniform in stock that I needed, friendly and helpful with sizing. small fortune spent on uniform and a sad face on leaving at the cost to my bank balance. Happy teen though!
I was recommended here for sons uniform. I was very happy with customer service I received from the young lad Muz. Helped me with sizes and was very friendly! Would 100% recommend!
Shocking service. Ordered on line over three weeks ago. No uniform delivery despite paying for delivery. Emailed 2 different email addresses no response. Telephoned numerous times no response. Had to physically go to the shop to be told oh yeah your order is sat here but it is missing items some was supposed to contact you. No apology. Customer service shocking! Not a way a business should be ran appalling
Nobody answers the phone (tried 9.30 to 10.20 on a Monday morning) It rings for a short while then just cuts off. But there's no message to say why it's cut off eg outside opening times or closed for holiday. Was going to give them a try but don't want to drive and find out they don't have what we need plus it's a basic customer service to at least have a message if you can't answer the phone so it doesn't feel like they are bothered about customers.
A great place to get uniform. They had a huge selection of sizes and I was able to get everything I needed. The girl that helped us was fantastic and made the trip much easier.
I’ve been shopping here for many years now, and overall staff have been fine with serving me I.e. looking for smaller / larger sizes, being nice to my child when trying on clothes. I would definitely recommend not to buy certain items from here such as shirts, as they are way overpriced (hence the 4 stars). Also they tend to run out of stock on the back end of the holidays so make sure you go earlier rather than later!
