Went to collect a prescription about an hour ago, and the woman who served me announced to the whole queue of people waiting what I was being given. She was completely disrespectful and broke patient confidentiality.
The service from this pharmacy is 2nd to non. The staff are all polite, friendly & very helpful. I have regular repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy & was so impressed with their service I had my parents, Uncle & partner start using them on a regular basis. The pharmacy is the reason I use the store for some of my groceries.
I’ve switched between several pharmacies in the past due to poor customer service, but Morrisons Pharmacy at Parkgate, Rotherham, has been absolutely stellar. The service here is always fast and efficient—my prescriptions are usually ready within a day or two. Once they’re ready, I get a notification, and when I arrive, everything is already bagged up and prepared. The wait time is very minimal—maybe a few minutes at most for them to check everything. Unlike other pharmacies where I’ve had to wait 30-60 minutes, only to be told some items are out of stock, here everything is well-organized, and the staff are super and always so helpful. The customer service is fantastic, and all the ladies I’ve spoken to have been lovely. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
The ladies here went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. I've called in a couple of times for advice and I can't fault them at all. Thank you so much!
