Arrived before my flu jab appointment went in got served by an elder lady and was confused when I mentioned about comin for my pre booked flu jab, she went into a little room at side and come out got on the mobile phone like she didn’t know what she was doing then that was it, was stood around for good 10 mins not been advised what’s happening was ignored by other staff like I wasn’t they’re so come out of house for nothing having to rebook else where tomorrow just walked out not standing there not been advised what’s happening I’d understand if it was really busy but there was one customer in shop at time … won’t be going again !!!
