   Female weekend pharmacist rude, beyond rude. Accused me of being an addict and called me a liar! I have no idea why she has taken against me but absolutely Zero customer service skills. Doesn’t listen, talks over you, tries to embarrass you by shouting your personal business out in a busy queue and shop environment (zero discretion or warmth) and has no problem disregarding anything you say. This person needs retraining at the very least. Will never use again. Incompetent and chip on her shoulder.

   Staff are rude and poorly trained, they would rather stand and argue with you. Iv had waits of over a week here always a que of people waiting for prescriptions to be made up too.

   Service was terrible. Wrong medication given - will be taking this further. When I’ve called (bearing in mind I didn’t call during their lunch break) no one answered my call. I had to find a babysitter for my children in order to physically go back after spending two hours there already in the morning.

   I called in on behalf of my father - staff were very busy ....but I was attended to by KRISTY - she couldn't have been more kind or helpful. She checked and advised me ,that with my Father's medication ,to choose a liquid heartburn/indigestion rather than tablets - which contain sodium. One happy shopper, one very grateful recipient of purchase . Thank you again

   Very unorganised. Got to find my prescription amongst 200 others in no order? Very rude staff that couldn’t care less then have cheek to call you rude when you react? Wouldn’t use them if only pharmacy available. Would rather be ill. Would give them zero stars. Total Mickey Mouse set up. All you get is excuses and them actually advising you to complain. Worst pharmacist or set up I’ve ever come up against. These people get paid for this. What a joke. Needs closing down. Avoid at all costs.

   Very rude staff and disorganised, wait 3day to collect prescription after collection went home to notice antibiotics wasn't done call them and all that they can say is to apologise but won't deliver it

   Dreadful, disorganised, they don't answer the phone, had to wait 3 days with no tablets, finally got it and was missing items, blamed the doctor and surgery with very poor excuses, changing my pharmacy ASAP, avoid.

   Took my prescription told to come back in 10 minutes Left it at least 20 minutes before returning. To be told. You have to come back when I explained that they’d said 10 minutes and now want me to come back but don’t know how long I explained my frozen items are melting . Staff member then proceeds to be extremely rude very very poor attitude if you k ow it’s not going to be 10 minutes then tell the truth in the first place
