   I have used Matchwinner as a football kit and training equipment supplier for just over 15 years and never once ever considered getting my kit from any other supplier. They are friendly, courteous and informative and the level of Customer Service is exceptional. When I ask if they could rush something through due to a new player arriving or some kind of a crisis, 9 times out of 10 they are able to help me out and you can't really ask for more than that when you consider everything has a lead-time and I am most likely not the only customer asking for the same "can you just". Both Laurence and Chris are very professional and knowledgeable and will always go that extra for you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service and product. Outstanding company with outstanding people!

   Having taken on the role of kitman for 37 teams in our club this summer, I quickly discovered the logistical nightmare of it all. I decided to look for a new supplier that could meet our needs and who would work with us as a partner. I initially spoke with Laurence and then met with him and Chris in their offices in Bolton. I knew from the moment I met with them that I had found our long term partners. They guided me through the pitfalls of selecting a catalogue where stock only has a short shelf life, they helped me to refresh our club badge and give us a new identity (or should I say did it for me), they offered advise and guidance on what quality of kit we should use - and all this before I'd spent anything with them! Once we shook hands and started to place orders (circa £4K a month) the process has been absoutely amazing. They acknowledge every order I place, keep me informed of any stock delays and deliver exactly what we want, when we want. On top of all this they go above and beyond with helping us to select 'promotional items' such as bootbags, hat and gloves - and for next summer we are looking at basball hats and waterbottles to sell on and raise funds for the club at our summer tournament. I honestly couldn't ask for a better partner to work with - Loz, Chris and all the unseen staff in the background are utterly amazing.
