   Disgusting' bought 3kg of chicken drumstick on Saturday and put in the fridge, next day I opened the fridge and was nearly sick, confirmed it was the chicken,it smells like rotten eggs, how dare you sell poultry in that condition, avoid at all costs, its so far gone I'm surprised I never smelt it on the way home, shameful from the butchers

   It's not a shopping experience but a personal one. The people working here are very kind and respectful, together with the owner. I had an accident a few days ago, as one of their trolley rolled on the bike name and I could not avoid but hit. As i fell, people rushed around me, staff members were there to help me up ang get my things together. They wanted me to stay and sit down but i had to go my way. Next day i returned and they asked how i am feeling. Were very kind to me. I asked for the number of the owner as i missed out on work and believed receiving compensation would be only fair. He agreed with me and sent a professional, polite and respectful response almost immediately, as well as my fee for work. Decent human beings working there, i appreciate the treatment i received!

   I ordered 10 pack of 1kg chicken legs but the total order weighed barely over 8kg. I get that no leg is the same and no package will be exactly 1kg, but most packages were 750g containing 3 legs - making it obvious that adding one more leg is the right thing to do. Otherwise it is simply cheating.

   Do not buy from them online. Look at the grapes they have sent - aı would be embarrassed to send it to my customer. They either tried to be smart or completely forgot to check the wueality of the item- both are very irresposible Also the bulgur I bought had bugs and worms in it. It wasn’t expired but smelling very foul and moist- apparently not stored well.
