    "Enjoyable & productive visit" Paul was polite, patient, knowledgeable & definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I left the store with every item I needed. Chris was helpful & informative, and clearly passionate about the kit. Even though I spent a few hours in the relaxed, spacious store I didn't feel pressured at any point. In fact the opposite, and lingered afterwards (and bought something else!!).

    Needed to update my biking gear. Saw someone on YouTube recommending Sports Bike Shop so looked. Ordered some great stuff in the Black Friday deal. Took my helmet and cardo to be fitted in the Preston store and Robbie helped with it. Showed patience with me and helped above what I think he shovel of.     Most customers write a bad review when unprompted but never a good one unless asked. I’ve not been solicited to write this but my experience on returning a faulty item, it doesn’t matter what, things happen - a week ago to be given utmost respect from the counter staff explaining they would send it back to the manufacturer and they would be in touch. One week later I received an email from the manager Sally explaining a choice of resolutions, either a replacement or refund, I chose the replacement and her immediate reply was it would be on the store for collections as I requested. I picked it up today and another counter staff was equally as pleasant, immediately got a new replacement item from stock and even asked if I would like it fitting. Motorcycling is an expensive hobby but with the staff at Sportsbike Leeds - well worth it! Keep up the good work.

    Great staff! They let you browse in peace, but are on hand to help if you need them. They’re knowledgeable and approachable. There’s a good range of products and something to suit any budget. Ignore the negative comments, they’ll go above and beyond to help. :)

    Looked online.. boots showed as in stock on the Leeds store. Drove thru the madness of Leeds only to find none in stock. After waiting a while I had to ask for assistance. The computer system is barmy and no consideration for language / reading / computer skills. What’s wrong with good old fashioned shop assistance.

    Kids these days don't know they're born. When I were a lad there were about 6 helmets to choose from, sold by a grumpy bike dealer. Now you can go to Sportsbikeshop in Leeds...massive selection of helmets with some great deals, awesome staff, and an amazing coffee machine.

    I travelled down here 5 days ago to take a look as I was in the area. I was so impressed I came down again a 2 hour journey from North of Newcastle. The options you have here are so good in anything motorcycle related. They have a clever system where you can scan something you like and order it to come down to you in a different size or colour if they have it in stock. Brilliant. Also the staff are exceptional in offering help or helping you with whatever it may be that you need. One of the girls there was very helpful with finding a mount for mount phone to the point of taking the item out of the box and seeing if it would fit and how to attach to the bike. Can't fault them. Thanks
