   Takes an hour minimum to find car parking space, then an hour to queue up before you are spoken to, then queue up again when you go back after half an hour as told. If you have spare 3and a half hours to play with its good

   Absolutely terrible. Long waiting times. Products out of stock. Very rude staff who lie to customers about being 'next to be checked'. How can four of us be 'next to be checked', when there's only 1 pharmacist on duty? We should be allowed to take our prescriptions to our GP to fulfil, which I believe is our legal right. That might at least alleviate what the staff here claim to be overwork. Plus, car parking charges rack up while you wait. Awful. Who do I send my invoice to for lost work and unnecessary parking fees?

   Went to collect a hospital prescription, they didnt have the stock, said they'd phone. No call so phoned them, was told it was ready. When i went no none could find it waited ages, someone had put it for delivery. Very disorganised, most of staff ignore you. Would give a minus star if i could

   My partner has insulin on order from the consultant regularly and uses this chemist.We live a distance away from the hospital and the chemist delivered it to the house.Very pleased that they do as it saves a trip there when not got an appointment there.

   Just had a phonecard to tell me my methotrexate is ready for collection from a very rude Asian lady!! Told her I cannot get to the hospital now at 3.45pm and my last lot were delivered!! She was very rude and said if your not isolating you have to come and collect them!! Im on immune suppressant meds and she wants me to collect...told her I cant be in crowds so she said well the next delivery is next wed, you will have yo be in all day!! Errr ya think!! She needs a firm talking too, im so mad......useless stupid young woman.....

   Staff are quite unpleasant and not helpful at all and don't even look at you when they are asking you a question, I felt quite uncomfortable. Sorry but if I can help it I will not be using this pharmacy again
