   Very friendly staff, willing to help as much as they can, they looked after my dad before he passed away years ago, yes sometimes there's a que, but u get that at all chemists so don't just think it's this one, I live further away now but still use and trust this chemist, thank u all for ur hard work.

   My daughter and I use this pharmacy regularly. All the staff are polite and kind. Kamran the Pharmacist is always very helpful and professional . He has personally seen my daughter and helped her a number of times with her ear infection. Thank you so much.

   Was advised to purchase blood pressure machine and discuss my meds with pharmacist by my doctor. Rang three times beforehand, no answer went to pharmacy after lunch, where posters advertised BP tests, no appointments needed. Was greeted at counter by a grossly sniffing youth who told me I had to make an appointment for a BP test. Asked if I could discuss meds with pharmacist, was told he was busy. Total lack of interest and customer services, bordering on ignorant. I walked into town, went to Tesco, was advised by very pleasant young man,had a very brief word with a knowledgeable pharmacist and purchased a BP machine for 35 pounds. If Archway don't want to be bothered to give customer services, I won't be spending my money at your business ( and I spend a lot of moneat pharmacies).

   Visited today with one of my little boys with a suspected ear infection, Pharmacist saw my little one in good time and diagnosed a slightly red inner ear that would have been causing discomfort, checked for any allergies and prescribed Amoxicillin - great result and in record time too! Whilst the first reaction is to call the doctors, it is definitely worthwhile taking the strain and stresses away by visiting your local Pharmacist, so thankful for this service and Pharmacist, especially at post 6pm when doctors are closed

   In response to owner...Yet another lie Kamran told me had the nomads since Monday which would be 16th not 19th get the facts right they were verified by docs surgery. Your so called pharmacist Kamran has handed me the wrong medication again today for my blind mother!!!! We have tolerated your mess ups on meds and deliveries in the past but its beyond ridiculous when you have closed early and been pulled up on it you resort to nasty pathetic behaviour of shouting about personal family matters and of returning presciptions. Shows your true values. To earn respect you need to show some too something Mohammad Kamran has never learnt along with manners. The pharmacy is just full of lies and cover ups. This will be taken further as the inadequacies of this place need to be highlighted by employing people like him. Due to your negligence and Kamran returning a prescription in his fit of rage and anger when meds are due you are endangering patients. This shows us coming back was the biggest mistake we made as you clearly have not improved. Dont worry yourself over us finding anywhere else ANYWHERE would be better than here. Obnoxious and arrogant pharmacists like Kamran should be reprimanded. Kindly provide us with your complaints procedure as this will be taken further. Thanks .... Update the time on google as i turned up 6.15pm for you to be closing and then getting an obnoxious reply of come back in the morning!!! It states 6.30pm on here!!!. Also had the prescription for a week now for my blind elderly parent and now she is late to start her meds which should be delivered to her but havnt. Been calling all day no answer. Very poor service and rude pharmacist employed here arrogant and not fit to be a pharmacist. Very unprofessional arguing and lying. Then tells me he don't have enough staff to answer calls and prepare meds. Had nomads for a week and refused to fulfill due to an honest review on here. Clearly they don't like being pulled up for their mistakes. Even filled in my mothers nomads incorrectly, and laughed it off in the past when she is blind and had been taking her morning meds at night and vice versa. Shows they are just money orientated and lack in actual service they provide

   Have used this pharmacy since it was llyods .normally efficient until this week had a prescription rang up Mon to be told yes can do it will be delivered Wed. No delivery to be told delivery driver didnt turn up .rang Thurs to ask about when 8t was arriving at my home to be told they don't have one of my tablets wast even ready so why wasn't I told they never had it Mon instead of saying they did and took me to calk about it rubbish

   It's a handy chemist and as good as any nearby, I tend to find if you take a prescription here , the wait time for it to be prepared is less than other stores, though this could be due to workload, and could change if it becomes more popular, as it stands it a good chemist with very polite and helpful staff, a pleasure to visit , when the need arises
