Superb service, prescription sent from GP Mon afternoon and recieved a email saying ready to collect @ just after 1700 on Tue, large number of items all present and correct, plus a good round of banter with the ladies that normally take the moans and complaints thank you.
Changed my pharmacy due to always having problems with these, didn't want to sell piriton for my child which then caused a young staff member whispering about me right in frount of my face , very unprofessional
Rang in morning to check when the prescription will be ready . They informed us to collect by 14:30 and when I came here to collect by 15:41 and they say still not ready. Worst service and worst people they have and they have been lying that we never rang them. After some time when I insisted that why would I lie some Asian Man who was a gent came to the rescue that yes he already kept this ready. Having so many staff doesn't make your pharmacy efficient seems like . Super Annoyed. Catcliffe Weld ricks are much friendly and helpful.
Don’t usually use weldricks but usual pharmacy didn’t have the nasal spray prescribed, apart from Tracy who was really helpful to begin with, the rest of the staff who were on that day were ignorant and were more interested in drinking coffee & slagging off other pharmacies than helping customers.. anyway long story short they wouldn’t issue the prescription even though I was assured I could use the NHS patient number at ANY pharmacy to get the prescription. One of the staff who obviously thinks it’s ok to talk down to patients/customers was very unhelpful & just told me to sort it with the doctors. I eventually gave up & went to a different pharmacy who issued the prescription straight away in 5 minutes no problems. Terrible customer service will avoid in future.
Slow service but probably busy. Very unorganised baskets of meds in no order for pharmacist to check. Needs another pharmacist at least and method of working needs assessing its a shambles. As for sshutting for lunch suggest they stagger breakd and stay open
awful saff, the girl with all the tattoos on her arms has a serious attitude and just unnecessary rudeness.

Absolutely lovely staff. One lady especially, Tracy, she always goes the extra mile and nothing is to much trouble. She is the person i go to if i need advice. She is always willing to listen and is always discreet. Her customer service is fantastic.
