Usually great service from the staff but I booked a flu jab for Tesco, I received and email asking to create an account and fill out my pre appointment details, if not, I'd have to do it in store, which I was hoping for a paper copy like they used to do. (I get why they take details incase of recalls etc). I purposely did not create an account because I do not want to set up and account for a flu jab. When I went for my appointment, the pharmacist got my details from somewhere, including my email address, I thought maybe they got it from my doctors or something. The pharmacist registered my details with Pharmadoctor with my email address WITHOUT my permission. There was no transparency also that this is what she was doing. Why do you require an account for a flu jab, Pharmadoctor is a third party who has no need for our details. When I booked the appointment, I didnt recall seeing Pharmadoctor until after i received an email confirming my appointment. I didnt even know a third party was going to be involved in this process. It it very annoying that your staff is creating online accounts for me without my persmission.

A brilliant pharmacy with really helpful staff. I've used this pharmacy for approximately 10 years, and I go past other pharmacies to get there. Times that I've had to go earlier than usual to collect a prescription, they've always been extremely helpful to me. I'm really surprised at the negative feedback, I'm yet to experience that.

I can't believe some of these reviews, For a start the telephone comunication system is not the fault of the pharmacy staff it is a fault with the store. I have NEVER had any problems at all and find all of the staff pleasant and extreemly helpful . From time to time the pharmacy is a little busy and we all feel a little frayed around the edges . Just stop and think how this must feel for the staff who are doing thier best to help everyone in difficult circumstances and some people can be very rude .A little patience and understanding goes a long way

Several times I have been and item on pescription not in stock. Feeling unwell and having to find a alternative pharmacy is not how I wanted to spend my Sunday.

Very Friendly, good advice. Stock issues, shelves nearly empty!

Incompetent staff, and unpleasant male pharmacist. Cannot be bothered to even wear a mask working in close proximity with each other, let alone give customers the dignity and courtesy they show them. If they cared in the slightest, I’d raise a complaint.

The staff in this pharmacy need to go to a customer service training course. They are extremely rude face to face and their telephone manner is disgusting. The manager was OK to deal with but the majority of staff appear as if serving you is a burden rather than the job they are paid to do. I know plenty of people don't like their job but manners cost nothing and this lot have none.
