Canβt fault this pharmacy, needed a prescription to be delivered as Iβd been in hospital and couldnβt go out, spoke with a lady called Julie, who made sure the prescription was delivered to me that day, always really helpful. Thank you.
Honestly couldn't ask for better service! Arrived at 5:45pm so knew we were pushing our luck, got seen to right away by the consultant. Been ill for 3 weeks and got given a prescription quickly and effectively. Top quality service, thank you and I hope this makes me feel better!
I had a problem with my prescription delivery due to me being away and my partner working. After ringing the pharmacy Dan took control ringing me back and we rearranged it. He was courteous and efficient. Excellent service.
Fantastic pharmacy and prescriptions ready the same day! Always helpful on the phone and in store, nothing is too much trouble! They offer a wide variety of services, and a well stocked shop!! The staff here are fantastic, I will not go anywhere else!
Long waits, you go back when you are told and still not ready, pharmacist never in so cant dispense, staff run off their feet, not staffs fault at all theyre lovely but lloyds don't seem to want to staff this branch adequately despite it being one of the busiest serving a massive gp surgery
Always problems with them. Lost prescriptions, Told it will be ready at certain time gone in later just incase and told me it hadn't been sent down, even though they'd printed it and shown it me earlier in the day. They then checked again and found it but it hadn't been done tried to tell me would be 30-45min if I waited. Had more than just these issues. Unfortunately GP was sending them straight here. I've now made sure that has been changed for the entire household. Will never go here again!
Gone to get my prescription ...closed..no meds while tuesday now...thanks lloyds...worst chemist ever...changed to another provider at least they text you when meds are in
I Work 5 days a week mon-fri 7:30-17:30. The fact this place isn't open on a Saturday even on a half day makes this pharmacy useless to me which is a pain as its at my local GP. Can't give any other rating as I can't use it and what good is something you can't use?
I have a repeat proscription every two months ,after you have place your order the doctors surgery they inform you when it will be ready at the pharmacy i.e. Thursday after 2PM .the last 6 times that I have gone to pick the proscription up after the time given sometimes the day after I have had the same answer when did you place the order with your doctor.then only to find out they have the proscription but it is not ready so you have to wait some times upto one hour. Today I had a proscription that I was told would be ready after 3pm on Friday,checked the web site which says closing today is 6pm.after travelling down there arriving at 5.30 pm only to find on the door a sign with new opening and closing times 5PM everyday. why has the web site not been changed that could have saved me a journey in these times of restricted travel this would have also resulted in me visiting earlier. Then I would have not been left all weekend with out my tablets that I req.
