   This is purely related to online purchases - I can't comment on the in shop experience. I ordered a load of items on the 18th of April. They didn't arrive until the 8th of May (and only after I raised a visa card dispute). In that time I had tried to contact them by email, whats app, facebook and by phone with no response or updates. Once the package did arrive there was something missing from the order and the dark chocolate buttons were partly oxidised and had turned white. I have no idea how to go about trying to get a partial refund due to their lack of response to any means of contact. I would really avoid this shop for online purchasing given my experience.

   The impact store is absolutely amazing! We went to refill some conditioner, and they didn’t have it in stock, but coordinated with us to arrange a delivery closer to us. Amazing, thoughtful team with wonderful products- our favorite refill place in london ❤️

   People tend to think plastic free products are expensive. I checked the price of Every Single Item I wanted to buy here compared to the locals shops around. It’s cheaper every time !!! No more excuses. Swap to a super friendly shop with plenty of choices, finally without useless harmful plastic. So glad to have it in Finchley

   Wonderful shop. Despite it's small size they have a huge range of good quality products. They are very friendly and happy to help out with any difficulties while filling your containers. For many things it ends up being cheaper than from the supermarket, as well as more environmentally friendly. Would highly reccomend to anyone in the area

   Bright and cheerful “micro-store” with “fill-up” stations stocking “sussed”tainable household essentials including cereals, detergent, shampoo, organic products, foodstuffs, handmade candles, gifts, cards, et al …. you catch my drift. Plastic-free zone here puts eco back into the eco-nomy. Owner friendly, informed and adept. Authentic and axiomatic. Gotta love this.

   We love this shop. It has lots of stuff we use regularly and we bring our own containers and that way NO PLASTIC WASTE!! Recommend it to everyone! Also there's a lovely lady who works there, polite and helpful.
